Professor Gary Macpherson is a consultant forensic clinical psychologist and professor of psychology and law and former head of forensic psychology services for the State Hospital Board for Scotland.
Professor Macpherson was cited by the President of the Supreme Court as '...Scotland's leading forensic psychologist' and was honoured with a fellowship for his "...outstanding contribution to the advancement of psychological knowledge and practice" for 30 years of expert evidence to the courts. Professor Macpherson accepts instruction in criminal and civil cases and from professional bodies including social work, the SSSC, HCPC, BPS, GMC and GDC.
