This webinar will analyse the dichotomous role of AI in evidence, considering both how it is impacting the creation of evidence used in court as well as its analysis by the court.
Our expert speaker will dissect this contradiction and examine the multiple roles that AI may have when it comes to evidence in legal proceedings. From taking witness statements, creating expert reports and the rise of deepfakes, as well as AI's use in forensic and evidentiary analysis it can fulfill an increasing number of roles.
