This online training has been designed to support new applicants through the competency-based selection process used when making judicial appointments.
You will receive practical advice on completing the application form and invaluable interview practice, as well as feedback on how to effectively incorporate and demonstrate your experiences and abilities throughout the selection process, helping you to make a positive impact.

This course is aimed at individuals who have sufficient experience and ability to demonstrate that that they meet the eligibility requirements for judicial, quasi-judicial and public appointments.
This training focuses on equipping you with the skills to enhance your application and interview performance. It will also help prepare you for other competency-based selection process within either the private or public sectors.
By attending this training course, you will
- Be able to effectively complete the competency-based application form
- Anticipate interview questions and practice responding to typical questions with impact
- Access expertise from an ex Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) and public appointments independent panel member/assessor
