This webinar will focus on recent developments in charity law which affect the entire sector. Our first presentation will focus on the Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Act 2023, considering the steps that charities should take to prepare for the remaining provisions to come into effect. Our second presentation will offer a refresher on the fiduciary duties of charity trustees, following the Charity Commission’s report on the Captain Tom Foundation.
