Competition law is constantly adapting in response to changes in the market. This webinar offers an opportunity to take stock of the major developments in 2024, and to reflect on the changes which we can expect to see in 2025. This includes cooperation between the UK and the EU on fair competition practices, and the impending reforms to be brought about by the Digital Markets, Competitions and Consumers Act 2024.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand the impact of the most recent changes to the competition law framework in the United Kingdom.
  • Gain practical insight into how businesses may be affected by upcoming reforms, particularly to digital markets.
  • Receive guidance on the best practices for compliance.
  • Engage with other practitioners and industry leaders to share any concerns you may have and to ask questions.
