This one-hour webinar highlights the similarities and important differences that are essential to know when approaching insolvency law above or below the border.

Louise Lang and Andrew Scott, Senior Associates at Brodies, delve into the similarities and differences between corporate insolvency in the two jurisdictions. This webinar considers the similarities between the two jurisdictions before focusing on some of the key differences, including each jurisdiction’s approach to challengeable transactions, the different insolvency rules that apply and the differences in the court rules.
