Following the recent enactment of the Employment Relations (Flexible Working) Act 2023 and the Workers (Predictable Terms and Conditions) Act 2023, this session will explore how these regulations align with the Equality Act 2010 to impact different types of discrimination and the requirement for employers to make reasonable adjustments. Our expert speaker, Paman Singh, will explore the potential practical implications of these changes, with a specific focus on whether employers’ responsibilities in supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace have been heightened in any meaningful way.
