Designed for those who are looking for an introduction or refresher on how to effectively examine witnesses in court, this training session will provide you with the skills necessary to conduct effective examination-in-chief, cross-examination and re-examination of witnesses. You will also have the opportunity to engage with the speaker and ask any questions about how best to manage the requirements of your day-to-day role.
