Interactions with witnesses and experts are essential in litigation, and involve skills that can often only be developed over time. In this webinar we will provide you with the industry tips and tricks to ensure that you approach witnesses and experts with the correct procedures and respect.

Our expert speaker analyses the purpose of witness statements and expert reports, including when they are necessary, how they are acquired and the pros and cons of their inclusion. Following this deep dive into the paper work they will focus on the actual interactions with witnesses and experts. How to appropriately question people on the stand, accommodations available in the court for witnesses and experts, and finally techniques and advice to keep in mind if you are working with witnesses who have experienced trauma or are neurodivergent. A mixture of industry and people skills this will be an essential webinar for any future litigators.
