''A rest isn’t as good as a sleep''
In challenging times, difficulty sleeping is often the first symptom of poor mental health. Here’s your chance to learn about how to improve your sleep from a world class sleep expert, using evidence-based techniques. Sleep expert Dr Dimitri Gavriloff (University of Oxford and Sleep Medicine Specialist, NHS) will answer some frequently asked questions around our sleep habits, including why sleep is important to both our physical and mental wellbeing, and how to gauge the right amount of sleep for you.
Poor sleep and stress can often go hand in hand, which is why we're running this event to mark International Stress Awareness Week 2022.
