Join us for an hour-long webinar providing an in-depth consideration of prescriptive servitudes in Scotland.

We’ll be joined by Stephanie Hepburn and Emma Robertson, both of whom are Partners at Shepherd and Wedderburn, as they deep dive into the creation and intricacies of prescriptive servitudes. A review of important case law updating this area will also be conducted through the likes of Soulsby v Jones and AC & IC Fraser & Son Limited v Munro. With a particular emphasis on providing important tips and analysing the common pitfalls of prescriptive servitudes, there will be plenty of time allowed for questions and discussion with the speakers and audience. This webinar is an essential for the seasoned solicitor and newly qualified who wants a review of or introduction to prescriptive servitudes.
