Join us in February for our webinar on the new corporate criminal offence of failure to prevent fraud. Attendance at this webinar will fulfil the annual one hour of Risk Management CPD required by all Scottish solicitors. 

The new criminal offence of ‘Failure to Prevent Fraud’ will come into force on 1st September 2025, under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2025. This webinar will examine the new rules, and give you practical insight on the best practice for compliance.
