- What are the implications, if any, for football in Scotland? Does increased regulation of football threaten competitiveness

- Case law update: European Court of Justice ruling on the European Super League and the Sports Resolutions Panel decision on participation in LIV – what are the wider implications for new leagues and competitions in sports?
