The new Housing (Scotland) Act 2025 is updating large swathes of property law, more specifically those governing tenants and landlords. This one hour webinar will deep dive into these changes to ensure you are up to date as the new Act is enacted. 

Our expert speaker will analyse these major developments, including, but not limited to, the new rights being gained by tenants, new responsibilities for landlords, and new rent controls. Time will be taken to analyse key provisions such as Awaab’s Law and homelessness prevention duties. With implementation timelines also to be considered, you will leave with the confidence to tackle these new legal provisions as they come into force throughout the year.
