Unfair commercial practices were previously regulated by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, however, this has since been integrated into the new Digital Markets, Competition & Consumers (DMCC) Act 2024. Join our speakers as we provide an overview of the Act itself along with the unfair practices it aims to regulate.

Learning outcomes:

  • Refresh your knowledge on the Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
  • Learn about the Regulations merging with the DMCC Act
  • Understand what this will mean for unfair commercial practices generally
