Join us this May for our annual Wills, Trusts and Executries Conference, where we bring together experts in the field across two mornings to explore the latest insights shaping the landscape of estate planning and executries.
We will put the spotlight on the recently enacted Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Act 2024 and other legislative and case law updates.
