In celebration of World Intellectual Property Day, we are looking at the operation of intellectual property law in Scotland. We will consider the latest case law updates, and the unique aspects of intellectual property law in Scotland – including the protections awarded to uniquely Scottish products such as tartan and Harris tweed.
This webinar will comprise of three presentations by experts in the field of intellectual property law, covering the current state of intellectual property law in Scotland and areas for reform.
