Arnold Clark Data Breach Group Proceedings

14th May 2026

Notice is hereby given that on 6 March 2026, the Court of Session made an order granting permission for group proceedings to be brought by Robert Adamson as representative party on behalf of members of the group against Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, G52 4FH

The group proceedings relate to claims arising from the improper access of the group member’ s personal data under the control of Arnold Clark, by a cyber attacker between 22 December and 24 December 2022.

Individuals who have not previously made a claim in the group proceedings but wish to do so should contact Thompsons, the solicitors acting for the representative party, at the contact details noted below.
