The SCTS would value your feedback following the launch of Ordinary Actions Case Tracker on the Civil Online Portal.

Launched as part of the Civil Online portal, this innovative tool enhances the management and tracking of civil cases, significantly improving the efficiency and transparency of legal proceedings across Scotland. Feedback from members of the legal community is important to ensure the continued success and development of this new system.

The SCTS is asking members to take 5 minutes to complete a brief survey on the experience of using the case tracker. The insights will be instrumental in helping to refine and improve the services provided to better meet the needs of users.
