Notice is hereby given that, on 22nd December 2023, the Court of Session made an order granting permission for Group Proceedings to be brought by DAVID BRIAN BATCHELOR as Representative Party on behalf of members of the Group against (FIRST) OPEL AUTOMOBILE GMBH, Bahnhofsplatz 65428, Rüsselsheim am Main, Germany; (SECOND) ADAM OPEL GMBH, Eschersheimer Landstraße 14, 60322, Frankfurt am Main; (THIRD) VAUXHALL MOTORS LIMITED Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, West Midland, CV3 1ND; (FOURTH) IBC VEHICLES LIMITED, Kempton Road, Luton, England, LU2 0JX; (FIFTH) STELLANTIS FINANCIAL SERVICES UK LIMITED, 61 London Road, Redhill, England, RH1 1QA; and (SIXTH) STELLANTIS & YOU UK LIMITED, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 1ND.

The group proceedings relate to claims arising in Scotland from the NOx emissions issues affecting Vauxhall & Opel Group diesel engines manufactured to Euro 5 or Euro 6 emissions standards.

Individuals and businesses who have not previously made a claim in the Group Proceedings, but who wish to do so, should contact Pogust Goodhead - the solicitors acting for the Representative Party - as soon as possible, at the contact details noted below. Delay in doing so may result in the claim being too late to be included in the Group Proceedings.
