Report relating to James Kelly
A Complaint was made by the Council of the Law Society of Scotland against James Kelly, Solicitor, Dunnet House, North Street, Saline (“the Respondent). All the averments in the Complaint were either found by the Tribunal to be res judicata or irrelevant or were withdrawn by the Fiscal, and accordingly the Tribunal made no finding of professional misconduct against the Respondent.
