A database of solicitors dealing with incapacity, disability and mental health law is now available on the Society’s website at the following address: http://www.lawscot.org.uk. It is hoped that the information compiled in this database will enable individuals to identify solicitors in their area who are willing to deal with cases relating to mental health, incapacity and disability law.
