A code of conduct has been drawn up cntaining a statement of good practice for solicitors conducting mental health tribunal work
A code of conduct has been drawn up containing a statement of good practice for solicitors conducting mental health tribunal work. It does not have the status of a practice rule, but may be referred to for guidance in assessing whether a solicitor’s conduct meets the standard required of a member of the profession. The code, which comes into force on 1 September, will be posted to the Society’s website.
