"Find a registered paralegal"
Registered paralegals can now be searched for on the Society's website in a similar way to solicitors
The Society has launched an online tool enabling a search for all those under the Registered Paralegal Scheme. Similar to the Find a Solicitor search facility, the search can be by name, town, postcode or legal domain.
More than 300 paralegals in Scotland have applied for registered status, and 11 legal domains are recognised: civil litigation – debt recovery, criminal litigation, domestic conveyancing, liquor licensing, wills and executries, family law, commercial conveyancing, company secretarial, reparation, repossession, and remortgage.
