BLACKADDERS LLP, Dundee and elsewhere, has announced its acquisition of MARJORY MACDONALD SOLICITORS, Arbroath, with effect from 22 May 2015. Marjory MacDonald becomes a consultant to Blackadders.

Blackadders has also appointed Susan McFadyen as a director in its corporate and commercial team in Dundee. Formerly a partner in TODS MURRAY LLP, she joins from SHEPHERD & WEDDERBURN LLP.
