MACLAY MURRAY & SPENS LLP, Edinburgh, Glasgow and London, has appointed Stewart Maciver as a partner in its capital projects practice. He joins from CMS CAMERON McKENNA.

TC YOUNG, Glasgow and Edinburgh, have closed their Barrhead office, which practised as TC YOUNG TURNBULL & WARD, as from 31 August 2015. All staff and services have relocated to their Glasgow office, where Elizabeth Turnbull will continue as consultant. Adrian Ward has retired as a partner and also continues to work with the firm as a consultant.
