ACCESS LEGAL, the private client arm of SHOOSMITHS LLP, has appointed Judy Williamson as a senior associate in its medical negligence team in Edinburgh, joining from ANDERSON STRATHERN, and Sheila Byth as a family law associate, joining from BLACKADDERS.

ADIE HUNTER, Glasgow is pleased to announce the appointment of Mhairi McAllister as an associate with the firm from 1 February 2016.

NAFTALIN DUNCAN & Co, Glasgow, announces that Derek Livingston has stepped down as a partner with effect from 31 January 2016 to take up a permanent position as summary sheriff in the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central & Fife at Falkirk.
