ABERDEIN CONSIDINE, Aberdeen and elsewhere, announce that David Burnside has joined the firm as a consultant. He is one of two former BURNESS PAULL employment lawyers joining the firm: former colleague Jennifer Gardner has also joined Aberdein Considine following a one-year career break.

The partners of AITKEN NAIRN, Edinburgh, wish to intimate that Andrew William Stevenson WS has retired from the firm with effect from 31 March 2017. The remaining partners wish him a long and happy retirement.

CMS LLP, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and elsewhere, announce the promotion of three Scottish based solicitors, among 48 partner promotions worldwide: Amy Norton (real estate) and Duncan Turner (technology, media and telecommunications) in Edinburgh, and Kirsten Partridge (real estate) in the Glasgow office, with effect from 1 May 2017.
