Wartime honour
Ian R Kirkwood has been made a Commandeur de la Légion d’Honneur
Ian R Kirkwood, former senior partner of West Anderson & Co, Glasgow, Vice President of the Law Society of Scotland 1974-75 and subsequently a chairman of industrial tribunals, has been awarded the honour of Commandeur de la Légion d’Honneur for his wartime service with the tanks corps of the Lothian & Borders Horse.
