An accredited family law specialist and solicitor mediator, she joins from the specialist family practice of McINTOSH McTAGGART, which she founded in 2003 and which continued until April 2018.
BBM SOLICITORS, Edinburgh and Wick, are delighted to announce the promotions of Kate Sharp (Edinburgh) and Florence Fisher (Wick) to associate.

W & A S BRUCE, Dunfermline and elsewhere, intimate that with effect from 30 April 2018 James Gourdie Smith, a partner based in the Kirkcaldy office, has retired from the practice. The remaining partners wish Jim a long and healthy retirement. Janine Bates, an associate in the Broxburn office, has been appointed as a partner of the firm with effect from 1 June 2018.
