Carly joins the firm from CLYDE & CO.
ANDERSON STRATHERN, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Haddington, has appointed Adrian Smith, previously head of Corporate Relations at ADDLESHAW GODDARD, to the newly created role of commercial director.
