Conferences

The committee are looking forward to an eventful and busy year ahead.

Our annual spring conference will be held on 23 April in Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow. The topics which will be covered are being finalised at present. Tickets for the conference will go on sale shortly and we hope you will join us for this popular event.

We are again holding a conference in Dundee in November, in the Apex Hotel. Further details will be issued nearer the time.

Sponsorship

We are pleased to announce that First Scottish are again our main sponsors for the year, and Lindsays, Stewart Title, Estate Research, the Coal Authority, Millar & Bryce and Registers of Scotland have offered to continue their sponsorship. The committee are extremely thankful to all of our sponsors for their continued support.

CPD

In addition to the two conferences mentioned above, we will be running CPD events in both Edinburgh and Glasgow and we will update you on these in due course. If there are any specific topics you would like covered, please let us know.

Awards Dinner

As previously mentioned, we are holding a dinner on 8 May in Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow at which the Paralegal of the Year Award will be presented. Applications for Paralegal of the Year will be available shortly. The event will include a champagne reception, three-course dinner and dancing. Further details will follow shortly.

Committee

Finally, we are looking for a new committee member. If you are interested in joining the committee, please contact us.
