BURNESS PAULL, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, has appointed four new partners: Hazel Moffat, previously at DLA PIPER, will lead a new Public Law & Regulatory division; David Davidson (corporate and private equity), who arrives from CMS; Dawn Reoch (banking and finance), who also moves from CMS; and Ashley Mawby (professional liability disputes), who joins from BTO.
DALLAS McMILLAN, solicitors, Glasgow have appointed Rosslyn Milligan as a senior associate in the firm’s Private Client team. Rosslyn joins the firm from THE McKINSTRY COMPANY in Ayr. Dallas McMillan have also employed three first-year trainees, Kirsty Adams, Erin Doherty and Liam McKay. The firm further intimate that Terence Docherty left the partnership on 28 August 2020.
