D5: Incorporated Practice Form

There is one relevant form:

Application for Recognition as an Incorporated Practice - INC1

Limited Companies - please ensure that your Memorandum and Articles of Association include the appropriate special clauses required in terms of Rule D5 and in particular Rules D5.4.1, D5.4.2 and D5.4.3.

Fees - the fee for an INC1 form is £400 (BACS/card payment)
