Mentally healthy workplaces training

This training has been developed to increase your awareness of mental health in the workplace. It can also be completed as part of a blended learning course for managers. This blended course is recognised for the Mentally Healthy Line Manager Training criteria of the Healthy Working Lives award programme.

Stress and the workplace

This module is for anyone who wants to understand the relationship between pressure and stress and how this can impact on wellbeing.

Taking care of your staff: Resources from NHS Scotland

Take the brief e-learning module on protecting the psychological wellbeing of staff, listen to podcasts and undertake the phychological first aid e-module.

Free modules to help you manage your mental health during the pandemic

Lawscot Wellbeing at the Law Society of Scotland's CPD team have made three modules available free of charge for our members, focused on stress management, building resilience and the health and safety factors that need to be considered when lone working.
