Can I simply add on behalf of us unmeasured practitioners (of the shouty sweary variety) that the increase is NOT an increase?
The fixed fee for a summary case was set at £515 in 1992. It was reduced to £485 in 2011. This 3% takes the figure to £499.99 (sic), which is £15.01 than the fee originally fixed 27 years ago.
Come on SLAB – get real!
