Letter: make powers of attorney inclusive

It may be worthwhile bringing to the attention of the profession the need for powers of attorney, which routinely provide for the attorney to have power to sign Matrimonial Homes Act affidavits on sale of heritage, to cover the Civil Partnership Act as well. The heterosexual assumptions of this profession continue to amaze me.
