PSG moves into residential documents

In collaboration with the Law Society of Scotland, the Property Standardisation Group has produced a suite of documents suitable for use in residential transactions. A selection of dispositions for registered and unregistered land or part of it, together with a range of dispositions creating new real burdens and servitudes, are presented in a simple, easy to adapt format, using definitions and schedules to assist with clear drafting.

The suite of documents also currently includes a style of affidavit, discharges and deeds of restriction, and a style letter to factors. More styles are in the pipeline.
