Why attend?

The psychological safety workshop is specifically designed for line-managers and leaders across the legal profession. It targets those who are responsible for leading teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the overall wellbeing and performance of their employees. The session is ideal for leaders who want to cultivate a culture of trust, creativity, and high engagement within their teams.

What it covers:

  • Discover why psychological safety matters: impacts on innovation, employee engagement and performance.
  • Explore the business case for psychological safety, revealing its impact on organisational performance and employee wellbeing, including reduced stress, lower turnover, and higher job satisfaction.
  • Understand the key components of psychological safety, including open communication, inclusivity, trust, and mutual support, fostering respect for diverse perspectives and collaboration.
  • Learn practical strategies for managers, including modelling vulnerability, encouraging constructive feedback, creating safe spaces for discussion, and handling mistakes as learning opportunities.
  • Implement psychological safety with assessment tools, interactive exercises, and regular feedback loops to build trust, openness, and continuous improvement in teams.
