About the session
Ashleigh Halpin, HR and Mindfulness consultant, will be exploring the fundamentals of mindfulness, discovering exactly what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you in your personal and professional life.
Ashleigh will then help you focus on a technique called the "three-step breathing space" which is a mediation designed for hectic lives. The session will then finish with a lunchtime mindfulness meditation that will leave you recharged and reset for the rest of your working afternoon.
