Practical resilience in a complex environment

Gary 'Gaz' Bamford is the founder of Duratus UK and served over 22 years with the Ministry of Defence, 16 of which were in Special Forces. He is one of the UK’s most seasoned leaders, serving all of his years with Special Forces in the challenging years after the September 11 2001 terrorist attacks. He rose to the rank of Sergeant Major before ending his contract in 2019, having honed his craft working within but also leading high performing teams.   

From finance to sport, he now coaches high performing teams and individuals, helping them to optimise their own leadership, behaviours and resilience. 

In this session, Gaz will help you as an individual and as a team communicate your problems better, perform under pressure and build resilience, all whilst managing your own wellbeing.
