Wellbeing for HR or Wellbeing Leads

Are you a HR Manager or a member of the legal profession with a wellbeing or recruitment remit? We want to talk to you about our resources, what we can do to help and support the legal profession, and the results of two recent surveys, Profile of the Profession and our survey of Scots Law students. This informal session will discuss your concerns and offer the opportunity for peer reflection.

Who is the session for?
This session is specifically for people with a HR, wellbeing or recruitment role at any size of organisation.


Topics of discussion may include
  • The rise in mental health and wellbeing issues in the professions
  • Increase in Reasonable adjustments
  • Our draft recruitment and retention guide for members
  • Skills needed for the profession

This informal session facilitated by Careers and Wellbeing Manager Lou Murphy where will discuss your concerns and offer the opportunity for peer reflection.
