Appointments and promotions announced at bto
Solicitors firm bto has announced two appointments to its Edinburgh based property team, along with a number of promotions in both its Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
Graeme Kelly joins from DWF as a partner. With 25 years’ experience in the commercial real estate and property markets, in particular the hospitality and retail sectors, he has acted for developers, investors and funders in the development, operation and financing of hotels and other leisure and licensed premises, holiday parks and care homes.
Elaine Del Valle joins as an associate from Pagan Osborne to lead and develop bto’s residential conveyancing practice in its Edinburgh office.

Both are highly-regarded in their field and their wide-ranging expertise is a valuable addition to the team.”
The firm has also announced the promotion to associate of Caroline Earnshaw of the construction and engineering team in bto’s Edinburgh office, whilst the Glasgow office sees Calum Sweeney and Angus Gillies of the insurance team, Lindsay MacNeill of the health and safety team, and Ross Campbell of the commercial litigation team all promoted to senior solicitors.
