Associate promotion at WJM

Legal firm WJM has announced a promotion in its corporate team with the appointment of Fraser Morrison as an associate.

Based in Glasgow, Mr Morrison trained with the firm.

Graham Bell, head of the corporate team, said: “We were very pleased to have been able to promote Fraser. In the last few years, he has worked closely with our angel investor and venture capital clients, helping them to successfully implement their investment strategies. He has worked on a number of significant transactions, across sectors as diverse as agricultural and rural, and life sciences, and is developing his own client base. It was therefore an easy decision for us to offer Fraser this well-deserved promotion.”
