Chris Harte given further term at Morton Fraser
Morton Fraser chief executive Chris Harte has been appointed for a further three-year term, his third.
First appointed in February 2013, Mr Harte has led the Edinburgh-headquartered legal firm through continued growth through that time, with revenues increasing by 60% over that period, to reach £21.7m in 2017-18, with profits for that year up 13% to £7.9m.
He commented: "I've hugely enjoyed helping steer the firm forward over the last six years and I’m delighted to have the support of the partners to serve another term."
Maggie Moodie, chair of Morton Fraser, added: "Chris’s commitment and passion for growing the firm over the past six years has been evident to all of us. The decision by the partners was a unanimous one and we are all looking forward to working with him to deliver even more success for the firm over the next three years."
