North-east legal firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCC&W) has announced the appointment of Gregor Sim as an associate in its Commercial Property team.

Mr Sim was formerly a partner with James & George Collie, Aberdeen where he worked for over 25 years, mainly in both commercial and residential property. Based at RCC&W's main office in Albyn Place, Aberdeen, he will support its housebuilder clients with a variety of work.

He is also lead tutor on the Conveyancing course, part of the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, at the University of Aberdeen, where he has taught for many years.

Heather Stephen, senior partner in the Commercial Property department stated: “Gregor has extensive knowledge of the local property market and a level of expertise which will be of significant value to our clients. We are confident that he is well placed to support developer clients with the unique requirements they have and the challenges they face. We are thrilled to have Gregor join our team.”
