Commercial property director joins Macdonald Henderson

13th November 2018 | careers

Glasgow law firm Macdonald Henderson has announced the appointment of Stacy Campbell as commercial property director.

Recognised in this year’s Legal 500 guide as “experienced in property investment and development, with particular knowledge of the hospitality and leisure sector”, Ms Campbell joins the firm from Lindsays where she held a similar position.

She has acted for a range of clients including owners, occupiers, investors and developers from individual operators to multinational corporations, and completed many deals including her advising on the Scottish property aspects of the disposal of a casino business for over £100m and the Scottish property aspects of the sale of a leisure business for a sum in excess of £200m.

Managing director David Beveridge commented: "We are proud to welcome Stacy to our firm. Stacy has a terrific profile in the Scottish legal property market, and embodies the key qualities of energy, commitment and technical ability which we seek to represent in all our interactions.

"We continue to observe opportunities for growth in our key practice areas as well as a continued positive sentiment towards investment and growth within our client base and the wider advisory community."
