Complaints Commission invites responses to "stakeholder survey"
Solicitors and others who have dealt with the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission are being invited to take part in a survey on the Commission's performance.
The body which investigates service complaints against solicitors and advocates, and carries out oversight of the way the legal professional bodies deal with complaints of misconduct, wants to find out how well its stakeholders think it is carrying out its functions.
Questions test respondents' knowledge of the Commission's activities as well as inviting views on whether it is focusing on the right areas, and a rating on aspects of its operations and whether it has met its strategic objectives.
The 10 question survey can be accessed until 14 August 2015 by clicking here.
