Director promotion at Macdonald Henderson

Legal firm Macdonald Henderson has promoted Maureen Matheson to director of the firm with effect from 16 January 2017.

Ms Matheson, who joined Macdonald Henderson in December 2012, leads the firm’s private client team and has overseen its growth of the firm’s private client team into one that not only complements the firm’s core services in corporate, commercial property and dispute resolution, but serves a large private client base in its own right.

The firm said she showed "a powerful balance of a strong private skillset... combined with a remarkable ability to engage and foster client relations – resulting in a terrific flow of work for all practice areas of the firm, not just her own team".
