Dunsire joins Lindsays as consultant
Lindsays solicitors is expanding its corporate team with the appointment of David Dunsire, who joins as a consultant in Edinburgh.
Mr Dunsire has been a consultant with Shepherd & Wedderburn, which took over the business of Tods Murray, where he was executive partner, on its administration. He has particular experience in the fields of acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, startups, joint ventures, hospitality and leisure, partnerships, reorganisations and commercial contracts.
He also advises charities on structuring, governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the issues arising with joint and collaborative working, and contractual advice.
